Objective:
To support any internacional lawyer who works on cross-border transactions to carry out their work with accuracy, efficiency, and confidence. Participants will be able to:
– Learn the vocabulary of contracts and the common law concepts they need to know to work in commercial law.
– Improve their grammar and accuracy in English using lots of examples in a legal context.
